Annual price adjustments
We aim to protect our customers from supplier price increases wherever reasonably possible. However, recurring monthly charges may be adjusted to reflect increases imposed by the underlying supplier. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any such increase on the customer's monthly invoice. Details may also be available through our website or customer portal. One-off hardware charges will not increase.
